Hi, Is it allowed to use a TimTim drawing with another site/tool? For example the free poster wizard design tool at http://www.artskills.com ? Thanks.

As long as the poster is to be used for non-commercial purposes it is quite all right to use drawings from timtim which are not specifically designated to a member artist for making posters on sites such as Artskills.com
