Scroll Code is a childrens activity using paper towel tubes and strips of paper to make secret coded messages that only can be read by some one who has an identicle sized tube to wrap the paper strip around. The method was used by the Romans over 2000 years ago to send secret messages between camps and from Rom to the legions in the Roman Empire.
